Expected Procedure: All Lectures before May 25 will take place online - the dates after May 25 we are currently planning in person.

Between the dates, group work will take place in cooperation with the
partner firms.

This course uses an analytic model to integrate the stages of new product development. A process model for new product development is introduced, which consists of the phases identification, concept generation, concept evaluation, development as well as launch of new technology-driven products. Moreover with the lecture strategic questions regarding new product development are discussed and tools like e.g. product innovation charter and evaluation techniques are introduced.

The course will be held in English and is limited in terms of the number of students in order to guarantee a good supervision in context of group work. The allocation of places takes place according to applications.
