Please note: From winter term 20/21 onwards, the examination consists of the preparation and presentation of a case study (counts for 40% of the grading) in combination with a 60-minute written exam (counts for 60% of the grading).

This module focuses on the development of sustainable technology Management established companies to ensure a long-term competitive advantage. Particularly against the backdrop of increasing market dynamics such as globalization and shorter product life cycles, the ability to manage changes in the company is becoming increasingly important. This being given, the basic management approaches regarding the generation and implementation of technologies as well as the organizational restructuring are linked in this module.
